Vol. 7(3): 279–283 In: Can rabies be eradicated? The epidemi-ological basis for urban control in Venezuela by Malaga et al, the sentence at the bottom of page 280 should read:

In order to carry out a successful dog vaccination programme, it is recommended that all privately owned dogs be thoroughly protected as soon as possible, with at least 70% vaccinated within two to three weeks of each year.33
